As you can probably tell by now, I LOVE noodles. And Yong-Kang had some of the best beef noodles (牛肉面) I’ve ever had. They don’t skimp on ingredients here: the bowl was packed with noodles and plenty of beef, plus there was so much tendon, which is my absolute favorite. BOOM. NOM.
I clearly didn’t have time to tidy up before I snapped this photo, but besides noodles, we ordered a few cold dishes worth getting here: more tendon, pickled radish, seaweed, and intestines.
